Then I would take sometime and compare the cost of the things I needed and where they can by found. I would check to see if the product is in stock and ready to be shipped or picked up. After getting prices and quotes, I would put together and price list. Add this cost information including tax and shipping cost to my overhead cost in my budget for my grant.

Also, what the money is going to be used for in a step by step and also a detailed account of the money and how much is going where and why they are using the money for that reason.
