Assess this statement in light of our assigned readings, both the primary and secondary sources presented in our course so far: “…in general, the history of race in the U.S. from 1892 to 1945 was marked by almost continuous discrimination and setbacks for racial minorities.” Do you agree with this statement given the period we’ve looked at so far (1892-1945)?
