Select a complex continuous process from your personal life or work. (An idea I had since I used to work in healthcare maybe something along the lines of health care delivery that could relate to proper medication delivery since when it comes to medicine, I sort of think it can be a complex and rapidly evolving knowledge domain and can be sort of complex, especially if you look at patient care as a manufacturing process since you could probably find that a typical hospital may carry out hundreds of processes that may be variably performed, but am open to other ideas relating to the health care field, if possible?)

Complete the following:

• Use Microsoft^® Excel^® to calculate the defined process metrics including variation and process capability. (Please show within Excel how you obtain “statistical calculations”)
• Use Microsoft^® Excel^® and PowerPoint^® to develop and display a control chart for the process. (Please include speaker notes for the PowerPoint) In Excel, please show how you develop and display these “control charts” as I am not familiar with these at all and would be appreciated!

Evaluate the control chart and process metrics using Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods.

Evaluate whether the process could benefit from the use of Six Sigma tools.

Develop a 525 word or more executive summary, including Introduction and Conclusion, in which you describe your Statistical Process Control project and include the control chart with SPC.

Format your assignment consistent with APA guidelines. (Use APA citations and references for the PowerPoint, also NO Plagiarism within speaker notes since it will be checked!)
